Information source review checklist
List which source checks you have completed and which remain open. A completed checklist does not certify that a claim is true.
Your inputs
Start with the example values, then replace them with your own. For tables, keep the vertical bar separators and use a dot for decimals.
A small or biased sample can give misleading results. This tool does not diagnose conditions or justify medical, financial or other consequential decisions.
Tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted by this tool. Existing site analytics and advertising services have their own privacy terms.

How it works
Each binary input records a completed check. Output the unfinished checks for each source without ranking truthfulness or inventing a reliability percentage. Verify the underlying evidence, context and possible conflicts of interest.
Worked example
These sample results use the original example inputs in the form. They do not change when you edit your inputs; your own result appears in the workspace.
| Source | Author identified | Date checked | Evidence linked | Independent corroboration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Article A | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| Report B | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
Read the result carefully
Results depend on the values and assumptions shown above. Change one input at a time to see its effect. A blank or unavailable result means the data does not support a calculation; it is not zero.
